Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging and tags where applicable.

Certain products may be excluded from returns when clearly identified at the time of purchase, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Request a Return

Please wait for return instructions before sending any items back.

Refunds

Returned items will be inspected after receipt. We will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law. Any applicable return shipping charges will be communicated during the return process.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact xanguyenthisau@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may be requested to help us review your claim.

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law.
